Broncos open 1.5-point home favorites vs. the Browns in Week 12

The Denver Broncos are coming off yet another incredible comeback win in Week 11. They used late-game heroics to win each of their last two games and will now host a Cleveland Browns team that has experienced their own run of late game insanity to get to 7-3 on the season.

According to DraftKings Sportsbook, the Broncos open 1.5-point home favorites to the Browns in Week 12. The over/under stands at 36.5 for this matchup.

If you asked me right now who the better team was between the Minnesota Vikings and the Cleveland Browns, I would answer Vikings without hesitation. Which makes me wonder about the spread here. The Broncos were three-point favorites last week heading into their home game against Minnesota, but are just 1.5-point favorites today with the Browns coming to town.

It could be due to the Browns having the NFL’s number one defense and the Broncos offense being a bit of a frustrating event through most of the games this year. On the other side, the Browns have the fourth-best rushing offense and Denver’s rush defense is about as bad as it gets having given up 175 yards on the ground against a Vikings team ranked near last in rushing. However, the magic is back in Denver so who knows if any of that will matter come game day.
